Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are consumables, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
Below is our clear and fair policy:

 


 

No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

 


 

Eligible Returns / Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

✔ Damaged product received

(Box crushed, sachets torn, spillage, etc.)

✔ Wrong item delivered

(Different flavour, incorrect quantity, etc.)

✔ Missing items in your order

 


 

Conditions for Approval

To process your claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Without timely proof, we cannot approve replacements due to courier insurance policies.

 


 

Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be processed via:
• Original payment method, UPI, or
• Store credit (if preferred)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

 


 

Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will:
• Ship a replacement product at zero additional cost, or
• Issue a full/partial refund (depending on the situation)

Replacements typically ship within 2–4 business days.

 


 

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns/refunds for:
• Opened sachets or boxes
• Products damaged after delivery
• Taste preference issues (salty/sweet profile varies individually)
• Incorrect storage by customer (heat, moisture, etc.)
• Orders placed with wrong address/information provided by customer

 


 

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refusal to accept the package may result in deductions for:
• Shipping charges
• Return logistics fees
